Det var r\u00e4tt m\u00e5nga \u00e5r sedan, men jag var p\u00e5 ett informationsm\u00f6te hos Skogsstyrelsen p\u00e5 Hantverkargatan i Stockholm. Det var i samband med n\u00e5gon ny &#8211; s\u00e4kert v\u00e4lmenande, men \u00e4nd\u00e5 tvingande &#8211; uppgiftsinsamling och misst\u00e4nksamheten var stor; det h\u00e4r g\u00f6r ni bara f\u00f6r att kunna inf\u00f6ra en ny skatt, muttrade flera av oss deltagare.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 blev det inte. Och nu \u00e4r det kanske mera p\u00e5 papperet.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r det \u00e4r ju ett fiktivt v\u00e4rde \u2013 om man nu inte t\u00e4nkt s\u00e4lja.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r annars vore det h\u00e4r med skogen och jorden en \u201dslit-och-sl\u00e4ng-vara\u201d, vilken som helst &#8211; som en \u00f6verv\u00e4rderad bostadsr\u00e4tt i Stockholms innerstad eller en aktiepost.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r det inte. F\u00f6r \u00e4ven om v\u00e4rdet \u00e4r fiktivt och icke realiserbart, s\u00e5 representerar skogs- och jord\u00e4gandet \u00e4nd\u00e5 n\u00e5got mer; det \u00e4r resultatet av tidigare f\u00f6retagsamma generationers arbete som str\u00e4vsamt och med h\u00e5rt arbete jobbat och slitit, brutit mark, dikat, byggt steng\u00e4rdsg\u00e5rdar och utvecklat och f\u00f6r\u00e4dlat skogen.<\/p>\n<p>Vad har jag sj\u00e4lv egentligen gjort? Sett i det, lite st\u00f6rre, perspektivet? R\u00f6jt upp lite vindf\u00e4llen? G\u00e5tt och duttat med r\u00f6js\u00e5gen p\u00e5 helgerna?<\/p>\n<p>Taxeringsv\u00e4rdet m\u00e5 spegla ett v\u00e4rde.<\/p>\n<p>Skogs- och fastighets\u00e4gandet representerar n\u00e5got s\u00e5 mycket mer, icke monet\u00e4rt m\u00e4tbart.<\/p>\n<p>Inf\u00f6r det kan jag bara k\u00e4nna den st\u00f6rsta \u00f6dmjukhet.<\/p>\n<p>(Och det saknas dessb\u00e4ttre en ruta f\u00f6r det i Skatteverkets tabeller.)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S\u00e5 kom det \u2013 Skatteverkets beslut om fastighetstaxering f\u00f6r \u00e5r 2020!
